Pop and bark, Manchester. The POP+BARK dog bar, filled with hundreds of Golden Retrievers, will arrive in Manchester in May.
Innovative events company POP + BARCA is known for hosting many breed-specific socialising events and cafés for dogs, and now, fresh from an appearance at the BBC’s Dragons’ Den, it will be bringing its Golden Retriever Café pop-up to The Botanist at MediaCityUK for one day only on Saturday 13 May.
It is set to be a ‘social experience for all’, where goldies can roam, explore, play with others and make new four-legged friends.
New Event Pop-Up Dog Bar in Manchester
The Golden Retriever Café has become one of POP + BARK’s most successful events, so founders Anushka and James are taking the party to its first location outside London and heading north.
Set to be the ultimate feel-good event for golden retrievers, goldie owners and fans alike, the Golden Retriever Café will be an 80-minute ‘lead-free’ social experience for dogs and humans. It will have plenty of doggie-friendly furniture, fun props, photo opportunities, and more.
Making new acquaintances and more…
There will also be a pupuccino bar, a doggie bakery serving wonderfully iced pupcakes and treats, and a pop-up puppy boutique.
The pupuccino bar is fully stocked with dog-friendly chocolate chips, fresh blueberries, peanut butter grains, gravy bones and more. At the same time, there will also be a pupcorn bar, and Rudi’s The Doggy Bakery will bring their all-natural cupcakes, doughnuts and biscuits to the event for the sweet-hungry dogs.
At Pop-Up Dog Bar, a delicious menu of food and cocktails will also be served for all humans.
As all POP+BARK events welcome dog owners and dog lovers, you don’t have to own your golden retriever to come to The Botanist on Saturday, 13 May and enjoy this special one-off event.
Cute Photo Opportunities
With heaps of cute photo opportunities, doggy furniture and props, they’ll love posing up a storm – in exchange for a treat.
