Intelligent Dog Collars. Walking with Intelligent collars for dogs: The COLLAR detects a heartbeat, breathing and physical activity! If you’re drooling over the latest smartwatch, why can’t your dog (literally)?

At the CES in Las Vegas, Invoxia presented a strictly intelligent collar that monitors the main vital parameters of your four-legged friend and keeps him in shape.

Similar solutions have been seen in the past. Still, in this case, we are dealing with a product developed in close collaboration with veterinary cardiologists and equipped with advanced deep-learning solutions.

Inside the collar are GPS and miniaturised radar sensors, capable of correctly reading the data regardless of the length of the animal’s fur by interacting directly with the first layer of the skin.

In this way, ‘the radars will be able to detect the speed and movement of the skin directly under the collar’, explains Invoxia CEO Amélie Caudron.

The technology adopted by the French company means that the collar does not have to be tightened around the dog’s neck, a bit like our smartwatches/smart bands on our wrists: if they are too loose, the data is not captured correctly.

The tracker also uses GPS to monitor your dog’s daily activity, noting when he walks, eats, drinks, scratches, or barks.

In short, with this intelligent collar, you can have everything under control from a cardiac and respiratory point of view and prevent any serious problems.

Smart Dog Collar is only available for medium and large sizes (miniaturisation is not easy, especially for smaller collars) and is compatible with Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and LTE networks.

The collar will be available from next summer at around $99. It required a monthly premium subscription of $12.99 for all GPS features.
